Hello, we were at your event last Sunday. It was beautifully done and overall awesome. We truly enjoyed it! I’m inquiring about getting my son’s photo on a wrought iron frame. My son was an Air Force Security Forces combat veteran. He served from 2006-2012, when he deployed 3 times to the Middle East. (Paula)

I wanted you to know how much I appreciate what you and First Fruit Farms have done for our Gold Star community.  The balloon festival was stellar.  Many of our Gold Star sisters and their family members thoroughly enjoyed themselves and appreciate your remembering our lost loved ones.  We can't thank you enough. I sit here full of gratitude for all that your volunteers did over the weekend for the Gold Star Families.  I know I told you each time I saw you what an amazing event it was, but those words did not begin to convey what was in my heart.  Memorial Day Weekend is such a delicate time for most of us.  We do want to honor our loved ones, but not in such a somber event that takes us down a rabbit hole.  It is a delicate balance that is so hard to explain, especially since we often don't know what will set us off! All the pictures of the fallen heroes were priceless.  Seeing my son's picture, I wanted to take him home with me.  Thank you for this event. It was beautiful. The opportunity to talk with other survivors. (Trisha)

Remembering our Heroes, spending time with other survivors. Please do everything exactly the same way next year.
